I’m back from the cruise!!

I haven’t sorted through all the pictures yet, still trying to catch up on sleep.

Note to anyone considering a cruise – you will be seriously sleep deprived!!!!

Here’s a quick OOTD post.

I bought this dress over 2 years ago and have never worn it before.

I have no idea why because I think it’s so pretty.

Love the colour, the print and the way it falls.

I was totally pleased that I am still the size I was 2 years ago..where are all the brownies going?!? Hahaa!

Hope this week flies by, really want it to be the weekend already!!

Setting Sail

Tomorrow morning, my sisters and I, are hopping on board the MSC Sinfonia and are going on a 4 day cruise to the Portuguese Islands.

Yeah babyyyyy!!!!

I am so excited, feel like going to the dock now J

4 days of bikini’s, sunshine, lazing around the pool, sipping on cocktails, strolling around islands and being totally unreachable (there is no phone signal so I am going to be blackberryless)...absolute bliss!!

Gonna be doing lots of this - lazing around doing nothing!!

I’ll be sure to take lots of pictures and will post them as soon as I get back!

Leather and Leopard Print

I'm a very big fan of Leopard Print.

There are sooo many ways to wear it, dress it up or down..either way, it always looks stylish and chic.

I bought these Leopard Print harem pants and have been wearing them all the time.

They are amazingly comfortable, super cute and so easy to wear.

Usually, I wear them with flats and a vest but decided to dress it up a tad.

Whenever I wear Leopard Print, I try to keep everything else very toned down.

Here, I paired it with a grey t-shirt, a leather jacket and black peep toe booties.

I tried it on with a black t-shirt first but that just looked too black!!

Bargain Shopping

Like most shopper addicts, I love a bargain!

And somehow, bargains find me and I can never resist (I'm a very lucky shopper!!)

Don't you love it when you buy something that you love at a total steal?

It's been so hot lately and the coolest things to wear are Maxi Dresses.

This one cost less than R100 (that's just about $12)

TOTAL bargain :)))

Here, I paired it with tan heels, a waist belt for some shape and pearl and gold accessories.

I think it will work just as well with flats and minimal accessories.

Gonna try that next time!!

Colour Me Yellow

I love the colour yellow for Summer. It's just so, well, summery!

I paired it with my new Wedge Espadrilles and quite liked the colour combination.

I totally forgot that I had this sling bag until my sister pointed it out to me and it matched perfectly, nearly the exact same shade of yellow.

Ealier this week, my sister and I went to watch the adult pantomime of Alice in Wonderland.

If you are in Durban and need a good laugh, I strongly suggest you head down to Suncoast Casino to watch the production.

It’s an adult show so if you’re sensitive or easily offended, its best you give this one a miss!!

I heart my Wedge Espadrilles

Like all girls, I love shoes!

I have sooo many pairs and I admit, there are lots which I have only worn once or twice but when I see a beautiful pair, I just can't say no to them.

I have a few favourites and I wear them to death..seriously need to stop doing that!

I came across these Wedge Espadrilles and I had to have them.

 

These turquoise/blue pair is my favourite from the two.

I love round toe heels and the colour is beautiful!!

Have been trying them on with a few outfits, can't wait to wear them :)

These coral peep toes look stunning too and are amazingly comfortable. Coral is such a trendy colour this season, I couldn't resist buying this pair.

I read the most amusing phrase yesterday 

'Boys are whatever, Shoes are forever'

Quite apt, don't you think? :)
